We are Yoga teachers formed by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Rudrapayag, India. 

Ever since our formation we give Yoga classes for adults, children with and without handicap and for pregnant women. 

We both love the Yoga because it teached us so many things about life & love and we learn more every day.
